Hello from Calgary

We bought the 8312SS about a month ago and have used it on two trips. We absolutely love it. I'm starting to think I might need a bigger truck, but don't tell my wife.
We've graduated from a pop up tent trailer to this amazing unit. We're pretty spoiled to enjoy something like this.
Can't wait to take it out again in 2 weeks.

We're leaving for Aspin Beach in 15 days and we'll be gone for 3. We have 10 day trip planned for September out to Mabel Lake in BC.

Like you we just bought the 8312SS. I am glad you like yours we haven't had a chance to get out yet but hope to this weekend. Still figuring out some of the features. We had an Ultralite Dutchmen before this but had to get a bigger unit as our family grew over the winter. Before that we had a hybrid Kodiak. This is by far the best unit we have ever owned and we hope this is our long term trailer well at least for the next 5-10 yrs anyhow.

Where did you purchase your unit and what was your experience like? Also check out my question on here and I would love your comment. Thanks

I read your question the other day and I'm not sure if ours is the same. Our unit is in storage right now so I'll have to take a look in a couple weeks.

We purchased our unit from Terry Town RV in Grand Rapids Michigan and had an exceptional experience. They didn't have any in stock but were able to get it within 4 weeks for a trip we had already planned.

Just a heads up, don't be surprised when the bedroom TV doesn't play DVD's. Take a look at one of my earlier posts answering how to make it work. The factory doesn't plug the genesis unit into the bedroom but it's relatively easy to do.

Where in Alberta are you from? Where are you going camping?

I saw that thread and thanks for the heads up. I am curious about the back slide. I bought mine from High River Autoplex. Heading out to Waterton Park maybe this weekend but for sure next weekend. We are from Lethbridge.
