Hello from Cheryll and Thad, Southwest Pa.
Well, I finally got around to joining the site, we've been reading for over a year! In January 2015 we went to the RV show and came home with a new FR3. So far, it has been really good. We have learned a lot here. In the 1980's we owned a C Class and traveled extensively. It was only a matter of time before we jumped in again. Most of our trips this year were short stays not too far from home. We travel with a 93 year old Mother and a 13 year old Black Lab. How can you not have a good time? Am I right?  Big plans for next year. Wish Winter was over!

Thanks everyone. Look forward to reading topics every day even if they are off-topic for me. We can't wait for next season, I am sure I am not alone. We plan to spend the Winter planning our travel times. We have some modifications to add as well. Wanted to spend some time in the unit before we did much of anything. Always enjoy those posts and pics. Thanks again.

Hello there. So glad to hear from a local! We winterized early this year to get in the queue at the dealers and now wish we had held off. Our weather is so unpredictable! We will tolerate the Winter and plan for Spring. Go Steelers

Now Doc73 you know you are waving a red (blue) flag there Love Eastern Pa. We spend lots of time there this season. Gettysburg, Lancaster and Hershey. Beautiful countryside lovely people. And the great state of Texas, Rick7Nati! I have friends there would love to visit one of these days. Full-timing must be great fun. Not sure if I am up to it. Too much sewing stuff, I need to tow a full trailer, just for me!

I don't actually live in da 'burgh, just work here. We are in Beaver County, just past of the airport.
We drug ours home from the lake early this year too, mostly because CCD started up late September and since DS is making his confirmation this Saturday, he couldn't miss any classes.
