Hello from Columbus, OH

We are RV newbies but seasoned tent campers. We're excited to finally go on our maiden voyage in our new mini lite 2104s from Rockwood.

If my experience proves to be anything better than waking up first AM for the bathroom run in the cold and rain.. Trying to get out of a deflated air mattress get dressed while freezing and not loosing control of my.. faculties.. hoofing it to the closest RM, well for me the TT has served its purpose.

Our plans are to camp Ohio this year to get acquainted with our little mobile empty nest. Then travel west next year.

John & Theresa Meyer 34+ years and going.

Welcome to the forum and Congrats on your new trailer!
May your days be full of sunshine and happy camping. TT's are great for camping and traveling. They keep you dry and comfortable in all kinds of weather. Bed is almost always ready, it doesn't take much to have a cup of coffee ready to set back and relax.
Enjoy your traveling and be safe. Maybe we will see you around the campfire.

Welcome from Delaware Ohio.

Enjoy the new camper. The whole tent thing you described is why the wife and I have not done it at all yet. I grew up in tents and a popup with my family for bunch of years as a kid but not the wife. Of course we bought a FR 3051 Class C about a month ago so we will be now

Welcome from upstate NY. We went from tenting to a pop-up and now (after the kids made it thru college) a 5th wheel. Camping has given us a lot of memories, I hope you will be blessed with the same. Have fun!
