Hello from Dallas TX

Howdy all,

I was recently gifted a slightly used and abused 2006 Salem LE 27 FBSS. Who am I kidding it was severely mistreated, but Iím ready to do some work. Im new to campers, so Ill be searching the forum for answers. The previous owners had the black and gray water lines sawed off, toilet removed, water heater removed, lost all the dinette cushions and all kinds of miscellaneous craziness done to it. Ill appreciate any advice, with my blank canvas. Thanks for the add
Jesse

Ive skimmed some of the sections and been blown away with all the info. My first goal is to find a manual or similar. I need to find the correct water heater so I can close up the huge hole! Im definitely excited.

Biggest thing you might run into is....WH's are fairly standard...or close...it will be finding one....IN STOCK. Inventory is a covid issue in manufacturing right now. I deal with it everyday where I work.

Got it someone told me that brands matter due to the size of existing cut out. One brand is more square and other is more oblong 🤷*♂️

Congrats from Arkansas....
I am kinda jealous as you can build/paint as you wish. It's kinda hard for me to tear up a "newer" functioning RV just to customize it.
