Smile Hello from IL! New Geo Pro 19FBS

Hello! Excited to learn from all the veteran travel trailer owners! Question - we are picking up our trailer soon, our dealer gives the option to stay for the night on the lot after doing the walk thru and set up. They will then take you thru take down the next day. Has anyone done this or have experience doing something similar?
Also, is it suggested to take your own hoses, extension cords, etc?
Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Congratulations and Welcome from New Jersey, Our dealer gave us 2 nights at their site,Worked out good considering our awning failed and someone came out to rectify the issue, So if you can do it, I would recommend it.

Welcome to the forum from a former Illinoian. Yes take them up on the stay over it will give you a chance to find any other issues you may have missed on the first PDI. Make sure every thing is fix before you leave the dealer. They should furnish you with a starter kit that includes a water house, chemical for stool and a hose for draining tanks. At lease every camper I have ever bought came with camper compliments of dealer. Later RJD

Another 'yes' on spending the night at dealer. Better than having to tow it back and be put on a waiting list for any repairs/fixes you find.
