Hello from Memphis NY

My husband and I just recently bought a 2014 Rockwood Mini 2019S but it didn't come with any manuals. We're flying by the seat of our pants trying to figure out all the ins & outs of the camper.
We are planning on camping at a state park this weekend, so I'm in the process of sanitizing our fresh water tank. I followed online video instructions but when I switch on the water pump and open the faucets there's only air coming out. We camped at a campground last weekend with water hookup and everything worked fine. There is no filter in the filter canister, as I thought maybe it got plugged from the fresh water tank not being used for a long time.
Any help with this dilemma will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Welcome from LI, you're at the right place for info on your camper. I've seen that some campers have a smaller filter ahead of the large one that can plug; see if yours has this.

Not yours, but maybe this will help:

thank you I'll have to check in the morning. I don't recall seeing a second filter when I was working on it earlier, but I'll look again tomorrow.

Check the valving at the pump. Many RV's have bypass valves that you close when using an outside water source and open to use the on board tank. If the pump is on line with the fresh water tank and all valves are open, you may need to prime the pump. Sorry I can't be more specific as I don't own your particular RV. Owners manuals on RV's tend to be outdated and vague at best, you're better off researching this forum and experimenting. Good Luck and God Bless.
