Hello From Michigan!

We had our TT out for the 1st "Camping trip of the Summer". We bought it while We were in Florida for the Winter in January, it was new. As we lived in it we found a few things that needed to be fixed and began to make a list. Before we made Our Trek North we dropped off the TT with the list of repairs and left it with Giant Recreation World in Winter Garden for 9 days. When we picked it up it was in the same spot we dropped it off and all closed up. They showed Us the the worksheet and everyone that had worked on the TT. We thanked them and signed the sheet so they would be paid for the Warranty work. Our surprise was that when we went camping this weekend......NOTHING had been done except for the light fixture that needed to be replaced. Does anyone know how I can contact Forest River to let them know? I have tried emailing but have not received a response.

Hi and welcome to the forum. You should be contacting the place that was suppose to make the repairs. Forest River is only responsible for warranty work turned in to them and they pay the dealer for the repairs. Did you not personally check to see if each item was corrected. Never take there word for it. The other thing that is scarey is if the dealer turn all this in and falsified repairs. I'd been suspicious when you found the trailer had not moved.

Do you have the trailer in Michigan if so I'd find a dealer there to take care of your warranty work.
