New to the forum but am a slightly used retread to RV's. We have found the RV lifestyle very appealing and have RV'd in some form since 1999. We did take a stab at full-time and decided we are better snowbirds and week aways than full-timers. Our RV's have been:
1994 Jayco Eagle, 26'
2001 Toyhauler, 36'
2000 Beaver Patriot,2 Slds, 40'
1994 Rexhall, 31'
2009 Carriage Cameo, SB3, 36'
2022 Rockwood 8263 MBR, 29'
I am a retired Army Captain having been a Mental Health Officer over the years. I have the distinction of serving in the Army, Navy and Air Force and did retire from the Army. I also served with the 101st ABN Div at Phouc Vinh, Vietnam back in the day. Carol was an Air Force Captain serving in Supply and Logistics and we met in the Azores. We have been together over 30 years and it has been delightful.
While RVing we have met some of the nicest people possible and a few stinkers. You have to have them in accordance with Murphy's law.
We have a cat, Grey Lady who is a Shepadore and Sir Puck who is a psychotic Doberman Puppy.
I have this thing for motorcycles and having owned way too many over the years. Current stable is a 2015 KTM 1190 Adventure and a 2016 Moto Guzzi Audace.
That's about all the news that is fit to print, say hello if you see us.
