Hello from North Carolina

We are new owners of a 2020 171RNXL. Our tow truck is a 2018 Nissan Frontier using an anti sway hitch (unknown brand at this time) installed by the CW dealer. Not our first TT but it’s been 20 years since the first which was a small 15 footer towed by a ball on a truck bumper so basically we are starting fresh. Since the weather can change from 84 degree spring to 28 still winter here in the mountains this time of the year we have already encountered our first “what do I do moment” having to quickly winterize due to below freezing nights. Won’t be the first but hopefully I can obtain some insight and knowledge from everyone on the forum to avoid any great castastrophies. Looking forward to reading and participating.

Welcome. You’ve come to the right place to have your questions answered and experiences shared. Good or bad.
I’m not in the mountains but still some frosty evenings. Trailer remains winterized until May long weekend every year here.

Welcome to the forum, from another Carolinian. As others will tell you, you've come to right place, that has a wealth of knowledge and information on any topic associated with RVing. Enjoy from Central NC!

Thanks for the welcomes I hope to learn a lot here. To explain the re-winterizing, CW had put water onboard to show how everything worked including about 10 gallons in the black and gray tanks. Was fun draining everything in the dark and cold. CC
