Glad to be a member of Forest River forums. Just bought a 2014 rockwood signature unltralite 8280ws fifth wheel last summer and love the lifestyle. Can't wait until the snow is gone and we can get back out again !

Hello to a fellow bluenoser.....we only got the rig in July so haven't had as much time as we wanted to camp. Spent some time traveling through NY, NH, ME on our way back home. Spent a week in Cornwall PEI and in Moncton NB. Looking for a good place on the South Shore. Any advice ?
I'm live in Bridgewater and one of our favourite campgrounds is Grave's Island. We also enjoy Rissers. These book up quick, but we always check for last minute cancellations.
Smiley's CG by Windsor is also a very nice cg. These are all provincial parks with limited or no services.

We have not yet camped with limited service. Not sure how long it would take for tanks to fill up !

As a camper you will learn to conserve water and power. I'm not great at either, but we can stay for a long weekend without any problems. We do have a generator, but usually refill the water tanks midway through. Others here will sya they can go for 8-10 days or more off the grid.
