Hello from Tampa
proud owners of 2018 wildcat 323mk.
this is our 2nd wildcat.
biggest issue now is trying to find owners manual and a remote for the fireplace, per FR, model FFP272107-H
had no paperwork in camper and no patience to wait

Did you not do a walk through when you picked it up? The dealers normally keep all the paperwork and remotes together in the office so no one walks off with them. There should be manuals for all the appliances along with instructions from Forest River.

No manual here
Our walk thru demonstrated fireplace but no manual in packet. Now that I have issues no way to maintain or diagnose. Our unit no longer shuts down when on auto with thermostat set.

Welcome to the forum. You should have gotten all manuals and remotes when you did Your PDI. If not I'd be going back to dealer a get them. Your statement of no patience to wait is a concern. I would not have left the dealer with out them and never signed off on the camper. Later RJD

Have you tried to find an online manual for your particular fireplace unit? Try and see if it is available on line.

Congratulations. We will have our Wildcat at Hillsborough State Park next weekend. Sorry, we don't have a fireplace.
