Hello from Texas

Hello all. I am relatively new to RV camping. I have done a lot of tent and backpacking camping throughout my life. I made the switch when I decided to get my family more involved in camping. I have 2 kids 4&9 so they donít like to carry too much too far. Weíre working on it though.

Welcome. What part of the United State of Texas are you from? We're just up the road a bit from Houston. Hopefully the kids will take to the RV. If you can get to one of the Jellystone parks, depending on where you are, this may make that happen. There are other similar places, like Splashway Waterpark, near Columbus TX on Hwy 90. Camping, and lots for the kids to do...can't beat it!

Anyway, welcome again, and hope to see you down the road.

Welcome from the Coastal Bend! Head this way and I'll be sure to throw a few more fajitas on the grill.

Welcome to the group. Since you stated you are newer to RV's, this thread link may be of help:

I'm trying to keep up with the Joneses, but every time I catch up, they refinance.
