Hi and welcome to FRF and the World of Hybrids, from a former Roo owner! Be sure and check out the Roo sub-forum, in the Hybrid section of the Forum.
By the way, there was no 21SS in the 2004 line, it came out in the 2005 line. There was a 21S, in the 2004 line though.
Are you sure on the year or model number?

My mistake it is a 21s. Just got it a week ago. Had a pop up for years and then a couples camper (hated it). The only problem that I am having is the slide out is messed up. Hoping to find more info in the forums. Thanks!!!
