Smile Hello from West Palm Beach, Florida

I purchased a 2010 Wolfpup 17p. Both my wife and I are lucky enough to have jobs that give us our summers off, therefore on June 20th we plan to hit the road for 5 weeks. Our destination is Canada (Niagra Falls). We are super excited. Every night is planned on the way up, but on the way back home we are going day by day. Some of our planned stops are Jacksonville Florida, Savannah Georgia, Washington DC, New York City. On the way back south we plan to visit family and friends in Ohio, Tennessee, and North Carolina. Hopefully my car will last the trip. Don't tell my wife but I'm on the fence that our car will last the trip. We are prepared to purchase a new car during our trip if need be. Our tow vehicle is a 2003 Nissan Murano. I love working on cars and I keep this car in pristine shape myself. In preparation for the trip I did a transmission fluid flush (CVT fluid is expensive), replaced all four struts with air struts. Install a airlift 1000 airbag system in the back. I made my own wiring harness for the trailer lights and brake controller. I have full confidence in the engine but the with this being my first experience with a CVT transmission I am curious to see how it copes with the towing in the mountains. So far the car has given me 125K miles of flawless service. So far we have camped from the Florida keys and no further than St Augustine, Florida. The Murano tows remarkably well with the cvt. At 60mph the RPM's stay at 2k and I get 13.5 mpg. Hopefully everything goes well during our trip.
