Hello from western Oregon!

Just bought a 2019 Heritage Glen GLX 273 and I'm so new I don't even know if that's all the right information. But it's a beautiful camper, parked in the woods for now. I'm hoping this is the right place to learn more about this camper itself, and also just accumulated wisdom from others.

My first question is: does anyone know if it's possible to get a replacement owner's packet? I see that owner's manuals are now posted by FR online but these have boilerplate in many places, with information specific to mine missing. Seems like a print manual is pretty hard to find. Thanks for any info anyone might have.
Mick

Hello from your northern neighbor in Lebanon!

The funny thing with travel trailers is that none of them come with specific manuals. It sure would be nice to have something that tells you where all the components are, like the water filter, for example, but they don't. All you get is a jumble of appliance/accessory manuals and then you might get 2 or 3 different models' manuals and you have to figure out which one applies to your refrigerator.

No such thing as a model-specific nor brand-specific owners manual, from RV manufacturers. Unless its a million dollar custom RV, like Marathon.
All there is is a generic one with basic RV systems information. There are specific manuals for many installed items, like fridge, a/c, stove, furnace, oven and so on.

Thanks so much for the reply, neighbor!

Iím realizing that a print manual isnít standard anymore. Researching online I saw that Forest River made them exclusively digital in 2015. Like you say, the specifics of each one get lost if you donít have the original paperwork. I bought my camper used so Iíve got nothing.

Nothing but a huge user group! So thatís something great. Wishing you a good day from west of a Eugene, where itís drizzling.
