Hello in Orlando Florida

We just picked up our first new 2019 Wolf Pup 16bhs, can’t wait to use it next week for a few days. We also have a 5 year old boy and enjoying time together camping is the best.

Welcome! We spend a lot of time in Orlando in the winter months. As of now, we're slated to get there mid-November.

Whereabouts do you like to go camping?

Welcome from north central Florida! We enjoy camping in Florida, but it is difficult sometimes to get a reservation for where you want to go. Winter time is exceptionally difficult. Please do let us know where you enjoy camping. Weikiva State Park is a nice place that is fairly close to Orlando.

Hello in Orlando Florida

The only place that we have been camping (in a tent previously) has been at Fort Wilderness in Disney and only during the cooler months. The Wolf Pup opens up many more new adventures soon.
We might be going to Fort DeSoto next month and back in Disney in September

There is also the campground at Bill Frederick Park at Turkey Lake - I stayed there once and loved it.

Lake Lousia State Park in Clermont is supposed to be very nice, but I haven't gotten in.

The Thousand Trails Orlando between Kissimmee and Clermont is nice. Even with yearly dues, it's a nice campground and if you go enough can become a cheap getaway.
