Dodge Guy,
Very nice rig. Great pics.
I thought the Excursion was made by Ford!! LOL.....Just kidding.
You shouldn't have a problem towing your new Cherokee.

It arrived today!
The delivery crew showed up to drop off our new 2502 this morning. 20 minutes of signing paperwork, a kick of the tires, and it was mine.
My buddy, who has a larger Rockwood TT, showed up to give it a look and help with the Equalizer hitch installation. The installation went without a hitch, oh, bad pun, sorry.
Took it for a short trip, a mix of hwy, backroads, etc. Handles very well. My Xterra has more than enough power. My buddy rode with me, and he was impressed by how well it pulled. He was comparing it to his 27' Rockwood and Nissan Titan.
Can't wait for the maiden camping trip!

That's a nice rig, Robert.
What Options did you get with it?
Rockwood 2502 Floorplan
Have fun in your new Rockwood.

Hi Michael,
The 2007 models now include the second door, heated mattress, water filter, Create-A-Breeze fan, 12V battery, etc.
I added the oven, microwave, TV antenna w/cable hook up, heated holding tanks, 13,500 BTU A/C, awning, spare tire w/carrier, 19" LCD TV w/5.1 Dolby Digital Surround Sound system (200 Watt), gas/electric DSI water heater, Theater Sound (XM receiver), Day/Night shades, Aluminum Wheels (14"), 1/2 Sliding Front Storage, storm windows (wish I hadn't), tinted windows.
I had the dealer add an electric tongue jack. I installed the Equalizer hitch with the help of a friend.
The trailer was such a good price online, that I basically added just about every option. It's still cheaper than a Fleetwood Niagara Popup locally!

That is a very nice looking rig Robert. You can usually get a well loaded rig for a fair price from Forest River. We ordered our Flagstaff with just about everything available and still beat out other models with less options.
Enjoy the new rig.
