Hey from Kirkland

Hey all - just got a Rainier (Vibe) 26DBH. Happy to join the group. Totally had the "you can pull that with your truck" thing. Now driving a shiny new 2500. Still experiencing some "rolling" or "bouncing". Based on what I've read here, I need to revisit the WDH setup that the dealer did. (after I do the weights). Seems like there are two or three discussions every RV buyer (including me) needs to hear up front....

Congratulations on your new rv and truck. Welcome from Texas!

You might want to put the trailer and truck on level ground and see if they are level. When we picked ours up, they didn't level it properly. We didn't realize it until we had some 'bouncing'. Once we adjusted the hitch so that everything was level, the bouncing went away.

If you’re from Kirkland WA welcome from the east side. If you’re from Kirkland somewhere else then welcome from Wa State!

They're from Washington, since the Rainier is only available in the PNW, even though their profile says Arkansas.

When I read your post at first I didn’t see the word “the” in front of Rainier so I thought you meant the beer.

“Raaaaiiiiii-nnnneeerrr-beeerrrrrrr”

Anyway, welcome from the east side!

Hello from a fellow Seattle area person! We also just purchased a Rainier as well (2021 28QBR).
What was your previous truck just out of curiosity?

I had a 1500 Rebel 5.7L. It was way overweight with the 26DBR
