Hi all - from Southern California

Hi all - we just signed the papers on a brand new 2017 Salem Cruise Lite 210RBXL yesterday afternoon. We'll be picking it up next week and looking forward to our first trip out in it early in August.

The wife and I (and the dogs) have been campers since before we met and this will be our retirement TT. We have a lot of favorite campgrounds near us but we're looking forward to traveling around the country in coming years visiting family, friends and seeing the beauty of this country.

I am an avid forum user for all sorts of activities and I'm looking forward to learning about our Cruise Lite (first time with this a Forest River TT) and sharing what I learn with others. I'm pretty handy so I plan on doing lots of mods to make our 210RBXL our own.

Cheers!

Welcome from Texas. Where in southern California are you? We have kinds in OC, wife wants to take our camper out there if we find good accommodation.

We owned a 171 RBXL, loved it. Recently moved up in size though.

We are on our 7th rv in 16 years. We’ve had from a 20’ trailer to a 45’ Diesel pusher. All different sizes and styles. Now we have a 31’ bunkhouse Fifth Wheel. Different times in life have different needs and we don’t fight it haha

Hi Ramon & Sandra
We've been out quite a few times and in general, we like our new TT a lot. However, as someone who has worked in aerospace manufacturing for 40+ years I find there are a lot of short cuts taken that pretty much amaze (and disappoint) me. The dealer we bought from is over 100 miles away and I'm pretty handy so I've been fixing things as I find them. I'm just getting tired of finding them

Hopefully your TT has less issues and if you do have something pop up, let me know - maybe I've already figured out how to fix it!
