Hello all. new to this forum, not new to camping. I was a life long camper and when i met my wife i introduced her to camping 29 years ago with a tent. we moved from that to a 1970 Tag-a-long camper my parents gave us when they moved up in 1993...unfortunately the camper was destroyed by hurricane opel. soon after we were transferred to an overseas assignment an when we returned to the US and stationed in Alaska we purchased a 2001 tioga class C, and then a new 2013 coachman to the new Sabre we picked up last week. going to be fun on the boards and looking at information others posted.
our first trip is delayed so our second trip this year which will be the first now is from Indiana to Arkansas to diamond hunt (wife's pick mine was Football hall of fame and air force museum but that trip is done for )

Congratulations on your new rig. You might want to try a little driveway camping or an overnight at a local campground to shake out the bugs before you take that long trip.
Maybe you'll come back a bit richer from that diamond hunt. It looked a bit too hot and dusty for us, but people were having a lot of fun finding gems.

Welcome! Not sure where you are in Indiana but feel free to reach out if you need any info on in-state campgrounds. We've not been to all, but have been to quite a few.
