I am not here for pleasure. Within 1 week of purchasing a brand new 80,000 dollar camper I have discovered that I have been totally screwed. I have found others with the same experience as well. I have not slept and feel I am headed for a nervous breakdown. How can it be that a company this large is still even in business given the way they treat customers. And why are there people defending them?
There is NO WARRANTY on Forest River Cedar Creeks. How is it that they are getting away with this? I will make it my life mission to alert others of my experience.

Pretty strong words in your posting.
Maybe you can provide some details of your problems. There are lots of people on this forum willing to help, but we need your help. You mention you bought a brand new rig and NO WARRANTY.
We’ll be watching.

Gotta love it when someone (on their first post no less) makes such a wild and blatant accusation - then disappears into the mist refusing to answer questions from people willing to help.
No details in their profile...so, I consider it a "hit and run" and will simply ignore it.

If your life’s mission is to alert others to your experience, you’re not off to a very good start.
It might be a good idea to explain your experience.
From what you have provided, all I can suggest is that you see a doctor to acquire prescriptions for Ambien and Valium.
What is your story?

All we know is that the OP has purchased something and doesn't like it.
What could it be?
A brand name and a model number might help, for starters.

Perhaps the OP has already had their nervous breakdown.

"And why are there people defending them?"
Just a shot in the dark, but I would hazard to guess that its because they are satisfied customers... I am yet to come across someone who purchased an RV, or vehicle, or television, etc, and ranted and raved about how terrible the company was for producing such fantastic products. With that said, there are plenty of complaints on this forum on a wide range of issues. Whatever your concern/issue is, you arent the first. Feeling like you got hosed on your purchase is never a good thing, but do your best to remain calm about it (easy for me to say through a computer with no investment in the problem). Put the issues into a post. The more details the better, and try to stick just to the facts. I am certain the people here will be able to help you.

The OP’s post is a hit and run, and should be deleted if there is no follow-up after a day.

I got $100 that says they have a dealer problem, not a FR problem.
A further $100 says they bought it from camping world.

Also. the best adage I have heard on RV ownership is:
Buying a new camper is like taking a bath... Once you get used to it, it's not so hot anymore.

I agree on both assumptions.

Howdy ceh, there are a few things that need to be cleared up on both your part and the forums part.
1. This forum is made up of fellow RV owners and Forest River products owners. There is this following disclaimer at the bottom of EVERY page on the full website:
"This website is not affiliated with or endorsed by Forest River, Inc. or any of its affiliates. This is an independent, unofficial site."
So if you are attempting to use this forum as an ear to the manufacturer, that's not going to work. Although some FR employees are members here, and do a lot to assist, I do not know of a Cedar Creek one on the forums currently who may could see what the problems are. You only have the attention of fellow RV owners, who also may can help if you state the problems.
2. There is indeed a warranty on new RV's, and Cedar Creeks. Either you have been misinformed, or there is something else at play here.
3. Without more information from YOU, and the fact this is your first post.... many may assume you may not even have a FR product. We have had people who work for other companies, try to disparage FR products as a means of competition.
4. Please let us know what your problems are, who is telling you there is no warranty...and as many details as you can. Without such, #3 above is going to loom large until then.

That right there's funny! I bet if we start making assumptions about the OPs issues, we can drag this thing out for 5 or 6 pages!
