How long does it take for parts?

I put my 5 month old Wildwood 32bhds in for service ... a few minor issues, and one major... light over table was stripped...shower water seems to be collecting in galley holding tank, slide keeps coming in crooked, and while coming in crooked is damaging a hall cabinet. Its been in three weeks and dealer is saying parts are still not in...Has anyone had this happen...Does is really take this long for parts?

It is quite common for dealers to blame the RV manufacturer, for delays.
The reality is that they often have never ordered the parts.

Contact FR parts department and see if the dealer has ever ordered the parts yet.

3 weeks really isn't that long to take for parts from the factory. However, Dan is right, and it'd definitely be worth checking on to make sure they have been ordered from the factory.

We have been waiting for a screen for a window for over a year.

I could have walked there and back by now.

A year?

My guess is it was never ordered.
