Howdie from Albany NY

Well....technically East Greenbush...getting ready to head down to Deland FL to pick up our "new" Forest River Georgetown 377 XL...and drive back up to Upstate NY before Sunday. We upgraded from a 2000 National Dolphin we got last fall....just to see if my Wife liked RV'ing....SHE LOVES IT!
We/she shows dogs (SC Wheatens) sooo the MH makes it mucho easier to handle all that stuff (my job). Looking forward to many trips and dog shows to take us all over the country and Canada!

Wish us Luck!

Welcome from Texas.

Be careful on that drive. Looks like you've got a lot of bad weather and closed interstates in your path.

I realize I'm going to swing farther west than the normal route up 95. Hopefully those poor folk of the Carolinas will be dried out soon. We're actually getting the reminats of the hurricane Florence today...but just rain.

Welcome from Georgia. Looks like I-95 still has lots of closures. I hear Rocky Mount NC to around Florence SC. Maybe an alternate would be a good idea. As an example, I-85 (South of Richmond VA) > I-77. then you can go back to I-95 in Columbia SC via I-26.
