Howdy from Chicago area.

We are waiting for our new Rockwood 1910ESP. Hoping it shows up before spring.
We always tent camped and have recently decided to upgrade to a camper. Big trips planned this summer. Praying the camper isn't delayed too long.
Looking forward to learning as we go and learning from this page.
Cheers

Welcome to the forum from a former Illinoian. Make sure to do a good PDI wen going to pick up your new camper. A PDI guide can be found by going to the green header bar at top of page and click on Library and look for the PDI (pre delivery Inspection tips) Make sure they fix all issues you find before taking camper home. Good luck. Later RJD

Welcome to the forum. The advice about the PDI is so important. And when you get delivery, plan a weekend camped in your driveway, if possible. There are several "threads" today about tow vehicles; they are good reading.

Cute little pop-up! Hope you got the optional A/C unit. We were tent campers too, having A/C turned us from Spring/Fall campers only to enjoying going 3 seasons now.

We're former tent campers also. You're going to enjoy getting of the ground and not having to load and unload the car for each trip. That's a great looking rig.

Welcome to the forum!
How come it still seems like I still have to load so much into camper/truck every time?? Even with so much that DOES stay in camper (cookware, etc), I still find myself re-loading all the stuff you really don't want in the camper baking in summer heat in between trips (1st aid kit, aerosol cans, batteries, etc)

Thanks everyone. Yes, got the A/C and the solar options. Definitely looking forward to only having to load out some stuff each time.
