I'm a new owner thats waiting till oct/nov for my rig

I am a widower and live in Alabama. I bought a dynamax isata 30FW with explorer pkg. Plan on camping for 5 months of year. I'm new to this blog, but have been camping for many years. Any advice on camping or my rig would be most appreciated.
