Welcome aboard!
I am familiar with that new trailer euphoria, we picked up ours in July!
And that's a big trailer, allright.

If you don't mine me asking, what size is it and what are you towing with? I was looking at a V-Cross, 36' with a front kitchen, two slides. Dry weight of 8800 lbs. Thanks..

Rockwood,
She is 39 feet 10 inches and I think dry weight is 9600. I tow her with a 2006 GMC 1 Ton Duramax. On the four hour ride home she pulled great but my MPG went from 12 MPG with my old camper to 8.4MPG. I think she tows better then my Laredo 284 BHS however backing it into drivewat took alot more work due to the length! Kind of like threading a needle

Thanks for the info, it sure is a good looking rig. We are thinking about buying a new tow vehicle but don't know what to buy. I have more research to do before I make a decision. The thing that sparked all of this is because we went to the RV show in Hershey last week end and we found some TT's that we like, but I can not tow any of them because they are too heavy.

Rockwood,
I hear ya! I was fortunate and have had BIG diesels for the past 10 years. To be honest it was impressive to feel my truck actually have to work a little getting this one home. She pulled it like a dream that is for sure!

I get that same feeling when my Powerstroke grunts a little when entering the interstate.
My wife didn't really comprehend what was happening until one trip when she said. "I've never heard this truck complain before" and I said, you'd complain too if I put 10 tons on your tail and asked you to sprint to the bathroom! :-)
Cheers.
