Hi all
I have FIC 3500 jack that suddenly will go down but not up!!!!
Please help I’m very mechanicaly minded

How old is the jack and have you lubricated it?

Welcome to the forum its a great place to get your questions answered. OK it goes down reverse the leads and see if it will go up if it does then its the switch if not time to look at gearing. JMHO

Thes switch contacts were slightly corroded, took sand paper to them, put the switch back together and it now’s works like a charm!�� thanks for the input
