Just Looking (for now)

Hi, We are looking for a larger RV in the next year or so. We are currently in a Teardrop and it has been wonderful. But the time is coming that we are wanting some more elbow room, as there is none in our current TAB 320.

It will be some time before we make the leap so just trolling for the moment and going to soak up all the information we can before we make a decision. We will probably be upgrading the truck about the same time so a BIG move for us. Please be patient as we work our way through the threads with what looks to be a ton of information.

Wow, now that is a task! Hopefully your wants can intersect with your budget! The first thing is to figure out what kind of camping you want to do; boondocking, full service RV parks, something in between or ALL of it. Some state and federal locations have size limits. We are waiting on a custom Rockwood Mini Lite 2205S. A bit right of camper and more into the glamper side but we are retired. The Mini Lites are 1/2 ton towable so your new tow vehicle can cost less. Check out the line, lots of options and floor plans.

Do you have any idea of what kind of rv you want? You've got a lot to choose from if you're upgrading from a teardrop. We went from a tent to a 20' hard sided trailer before getting a small mh.
Before you make your final decision, there are people on this forum that can help you match the truck and rig.

Welcome to the forum and have fun browsing.

Welcome from Wisconsin. Your next camper is out there somewhere. Take your time, you'll find it. We went the other way, downsized from a 37' 5th wheel.
