Just picked our new Columbus 375
Love it, has some warranty issues to be dealt with.
Having black water tank jamming problem. Anyone else?

If you're having problems with the tank drain, it is possible the control cable is too long and/or not properly secured along its path. Not an uncommon occurrence with Columbus fivers.
