Just Wondering (many leaks)

We purchased a 2017 Surveyor 264RKS Travel Trailer on May 4th of 2017. We really liked the design and the layout. Unfortunately, we have only been able to use it once over a weekend for two nights. Since then it has been at the dealership in the service department because of leaks around the slide out.

The service techs seem baffled because they replace one seal and another leak pops up somewhere else. The Service Manager told me that he has never seen anything like that so I was just wondering if anyone out there has run into something like this? Or did we just happen to get one with a bad slide out?

If you have had a similar experience, please let me know how it was rectified.
Thanks...

Well I'm sorry to see you're having problems with your new Trailer and a problem is your first post. But Welcome to the FR forum. There's lots of knowledgeable folks here and some who think they know (j/k)!!

I have a 2017 Coachmen Apex 269RBKS. We took our trailer home from the dealer and parked it in the driveway. Opened the slides and we had a rain shower. I went in to close the slides and noticed the carpet in front of the sofa was wet. I took it back to the dealer and it turned out the window behind the sofa had a leak in the sofa. Maybe the problem isn't a seal and somewhere else? Have them check the seals. Like you. I thought I had a bad seal too. Water leaks can happen from anywhere, Good Luck
