Hi. I have recently purchased a 2002 Lexington Grand Touring MH fixer upper. I have a need for owners manual. Can anyone help me with this.

It probably only came with a generic owners manual.

Generic manuals are just that and non specific to a particular model. Better to have the manuals for AC, fridge, water heater, furnace, stove/oven, etc. If you didn't get these in the sale look for the model # on each and go to the manufacturers website to download the manual.
