MiniLite Rockwood 2104S

Enjoyed our first night out in a travel trailer. Had a little knowledge but have lots more now. So much to think about. And what in the world is the light in the front left of trailer? Not one on right.

Welcome, I'm new here myself, and also trying to learn about our new TT baby! We have one light on the left-front of the coach for illuminating the tongue/jack area. Sneaky where they hid the switch inside the front cargo door, though.

We love our 2104S! With the bed folded up and the slide out the interior just feels much more spacious than others of the same size class.
Yep, that little light is to help illuminate the hitch area, pretty handy when setting up the WD hitch at night.
Welcome to the forum, we all hope you enjoy your trailer and will find useful information here. It sure has helped me out a lot!

Our filter is in the compartment under the pantry. I removed the hinges and replaced them with knobs.

PS - I should have also added that it “was” there before I removed it altoghter and went with an outside blue Camco filter.

I also bypassed the filter, I don't plan on using water from the tank for drinking so I didn't see a purpose. I also don't see the point of the fake hinges, I'd like to easily access to the water pump and heater so that had to go. I left the hinges on but removed the screws, then just installed a couple of cabinet door magnets from Home Depot which grabbed the fake hinges when the doors were closed. Looks like stock but now I can open the doors without tools.

Hi Fellow RW 2104S folks,

After years of thinking about it, we finally purchased a trailer. We love our 2104s and used it twice before the winter came. Now browsing camping sites to plan our trips for this year.

Love big sky and peaceful areas in the West.

How do you bypass the water filter on a rockwood 2104s minilite? I never drink the water from the system and also use an outside water filter.

All you do is push the light in and it turns on.
