Moving over to a Class C

After spending 12 years touring the entire US with a 40' fiver and Dodge Dually, we have finally switched to a "C" -- Forester 2801QS GTS. Well, it sure is cozy, but we'll get used to it! Mama loves it because she can drive it. I love it because, despite the fact that I've given up my computer desk and crafts table, I can have 30 amp service wherever I am. Like everything else we've owned, we'll customize it to our liking! And shorter trips will keep it more palatable. It was one year, 5k miles old in August when we signed on.

We live in Citrus County, FL, where we snowbirded for several years before buying a stressed doublewide in the same resort and -- you guessed it -- took it down to the dirt and made a regular home out of it by our own hands. Prior residence was on Chesapeake Bay just south of Annapolis, MD, where we totally rehabbed a 60 year old Sears Roebuck kit cottage!

We have been dog rescuers of one breed for 30 years and work on it nationally. Four of the little black devils currently share our home(s).

We're looking forward to sitting on many toadstools with our fellow FROGS!

Welcome neighbor and fellow Toyota toad owner. Give me a shout some time as I am just around the corner from you.

By the way, if you are interested, there is a FROG rally in Williston at the end of Sept. Would love to have you join us.

We had a couple of TTs and moved to a C several years ago. Just moved down from a 30+ foot Santera to a 2018 Freelander 28. Can't really see moving to another rig for a l o n g... time
