New 2019 2506S owner in So Cal/AZ

Wife and I just bought a new 2019 Rockwood 2506S. Thank you to everyone on this forum for helping us come to the conclusion that the 2506S was the model for us. We were looking for a 2020 or used 18/19, but came across this trailer in AZ that was still new and got a great price (based on research). It's been sitting a year so I'm sure I have some things to do maintenance on. Definitely a few quality issues I'll have to address, but overall we love the layout and look. So many great mod ideas on here and YouTube. We are working on getting it all laid out and hoping to set out on its maiden voyage soon. Currently at our home in Az, but looking to bringing it to So Cal in the next month or two.

This is our first TT, so we will probably have a million questions. We are boaters and love to travel, but this a new adventure for us.

Congratulations on your new rig. Just because it's been sitting a year doesn't mean that you'll have any more problems than the rest of us. Since you're in Arizona, check out the seals on the roof before you take off because the sun deteriorates them.
One suggestion... It looks like you've got the same curved shower that we have. Make certain that the shower is latched securely before you take off or those doors may shake loose.
Looks like you've bought a great trailer for a couple.

Thanks for the tips. We are building out checklists and it includes locking all compartments before moving. I actually want to replace all the compartment locks and will probably swap out all the little latches with locks. Need to research which to use. Also need to learn how to inspect and do maintenance on seals.

Congrats and welcome to FRF, from a former Riverside resident and Rockwood owner.
