New 230 FBS

Hi all
Just took delivery on a new 2012 230FBS. Picked it up last Saturday.
So far all looks good. Sales rep tells me the TV (it rotates from dining area in to the bedroom/sleeping area) can be removed. Has anyone done this? I don't plan on moving it but I can see the possibility of putting in a swing out mount instead of the mount it is on.
