New 26FKBS Owner/Almost as new RV'er
My wife and I decided, on a bit of whim, to buy a travel trailer back in July. We only had a 2018 4 Door Wrangler at the time and bought what we could, which was a 2020 Jayco Hummingbird. After 4 trips, one that lasted 10 days, we became pretty addicted but quickly determined it was too small for us. At that point, we were on a mission to find the right trailer for us. We first updated our tow vehicle so we could expand our options. Then we had our eyes on a 25FKS and were able to find a nearby dealership that had a few of the Micro-Lites available. While we were super impressed with everything about the 25FKS, we were slightly concerned that once we "moved in", it might still feel a little too small. Our salesperson intelligently decided to show us the 26FKBS and we instantly knew it was the right trailer for us.
While we have yet to take it out, we have a trip planned the first week of December at the Disney World campground (Fort Wilderness). We are taking a few days to get there, we'll be there for a week, and we'll take a few days to get home. We are so excited to get out and experience a trip in this beautiful trailer!!
Love this Forum, love all of the built in knowledge, and I'm excited to be a part of the community.

Table and chairs beats the stupid U shaped dinette things every day. I wish ours had the table and chairs, but we bought used so we couldn't be picky.

We prefer the U-dinette because we would choose the theater recliners over the sofa bed. Then guests can sleep on the dinette.

We've had 3 RVs, two with dinettes and one with table and chairs. We simply cannot get comfortable in the dinette, and forget using it for 4 adults!
Guests can't sleep on our dinette we have now, it is too small. Even the one in the Super C would only be good for kids or small adults.

Very nice! Make certain that you double check that the shower doors are secure each time you move the rig. The doors tend to jump the track on ours.
You should have a great time camping in that rig! Congratulations and welcome from Texas!
Safe travels.

Your post made me laugh, we did the same thing. Bought a Flagstaff micro lite 22DS and discovered we liked the life style but after 4 trips we wanted more space. Looked at the 25fks but just as you said we were concerned we would feel a bit cramped so we went with the 26fkbs. We love the floor plan and the free standing table and chairs. The bedroom is fantastic with the space and ability to close off from the living area. We had a great summer and fall and looking forward to many adventures in 2021. Enjoy and be safe.

Excellent, thanks for the tip. I've started a checklist of things to do before heading out for that exact reason.

That's exactly how we felt about it, and because 90% it'll just be the two of us, the table and chairs will be perfect. I also hope to do some remote working from it and the table will double as an office.

We are working here and there from our 2304DS. The table is mobile and I can move it away from the dinette and to the sofa, which helps immensely. That dinette is just too uncomfortable. It was the same when we were full-timing in our coach, table and chairs is where my wife worked, I had a dedicated work/office space, so all was well.

That car in the garage looks different and interesting. What is it and is there a story about it?

Ha. Nice catch. It’s a 1963 Morris Mini Minor Traveler. No real story, I just love small and unique cars.
