New 29RE owners

We did it, closed the deal on a new 2015 Silverback 29RE. The dealer is holding it until mid April so we can get a place ready here at home to put it, get the hitch in the truck, etc. We are not new to camping, but definitely new to the 5th wheel. Our last camper was a pop-up we sold about 20 years ago.
Now that the kids are grown and on their own, it's time to kick back and enjoy. Any suggestions for outfitting the coach are more than welcome. Ken

Congrats. Did all that, and started with looking at that unit. When the smoke, cleared, we ended up ordering the 'full' CC 36CKTS. That's after buying a new dually, getting a B&W hitch installed, and robbing nine banks in a span of 3 days.

If you are moving up from TT to 5er, you'll need the Progressive Industries 50 amp EMS system. Other than that, the list of optional stuff is a mile long and tailored to tastes.

How was your first year of camping? We enjoyed our first full year of travel trailer life and are looking forward to another fun filled summer. Otego is a great small town. My in laws live there.

We camped in Maine, 2 weeks on the coast and Acadia. Took in Lake George for a week. That's all the time the wife could get off! The Silverback has been a joy, we have had no issues with it at all. I've lived in Otego all my life so I might know your in laws. Keep in touch! God Bless
