We live in west central Florida. After retiring we upgraded our whole rig. Bigger is better? We’ll see. To test the new truck and RV I started with ground roads to north Fl on the Suwannee River. When we left there was a cold front the we drove through all day that tested the rain and cross wind experience. Our stay at Anistaisia State Park in St Augustine was beautiful with the city of lights. The last journey before heading home was to Kissimmee on the interstate with traffic.
Ground roads, rain and wind and 70 mph interstate traffic the rig passed with flying colors.
Greeting and welcome to the forums. Congratulations on the retirement. I just retired myself and hitting the road full time. Enjoy the open road and free time.

Glad to hear it all went well! My family and I are over in Four Corners (where routes 27 & 192 come together).
