New FR Owner saying Hello
Hello,
Just traded in our 4th Class A Motorhome (A 20 year old 30 foot Fleetwood) and purchased this new Forest River 2018 FR3 29DS.
We really liked the X option (Super large refrigerator and 2nd AC and larger generator) since we are transitioning from a house owner to a full-time live aboard owner.
It is a major task to decide what to keep and find places for in the motorhome coming from a 5000 sf home of 22 years. Being a "handy" person, we have been making changes to the FR3 trying to squeeze every inch of storage possible to fit stuff in. Our previous MH had much larger storage in the "baggage area" than the FR, but the living areas of the FR3 are much better. Everything's a compromise.
As we complete our transition, we will post photos and updates as to what we did to make the FR3 our new home.
