New from Alberta, Canada

Hi All.

Just purchased a 2013/1014 Sunseeker 2650.

We've had a 1990 Ford for 5-years and finally took the plunge on a newer model.

The units an ex-Rental (Canadream), so higher mileage (about 90,000mls), and a bit more wear, but $20,000 less than what they're going for elsewhere.

4ft longer than our old one, walk-around queen in the back.
Love the proper shower with a door instead of the old half-bath with a very friendly curtain.
4000W Genset works perfectly, was service before we picked it up.
Awning never used a bit dirty, but works.
LED lights and ducted air.
40w solar (not much use but keeps the batteries topped up).

Have to figure out the trailer wiring so I can pull my Jeep legally (no lights on the Jeep, I'm guessing corrosion somewhere since it's never been used to tow).

Pulls the Jeep like it isn't even there, love it!

Graphics are faded and cracked on one side (read elsewhere that the orange swoop in particular is a problem). Found somewhere that will replace all the graphics for around $1500 (Canadian).

Rear view camera on order.

Would like a 5Star Tune at somepoint, but maybe my Christmas present to myself.

Looking forward to Canada Day weekend, off to Banff for 5-days

Steve

Hello and welcome. I really enjoyed my trip through Alberta in 2016. I went up Hwy 22 from Calgary north stayed two nights in Rocky Mountain House. Real pretty country along that route.
