New Geo Pro owners
Hi folks,
We are rank beginners! A couple of white haired old women dreaming of retirement. We are seasoned professionals at work, but have 1,000 questions about our 2022 Geopro 19fbs. The dealer guys who sold us the tt were amazingly unhelpful. Reading through these forums I am reassured that most RVers are friendly, warm blooded, and willing to share what they know. Thank god! And thank you in advance for helping us. For now, in return, we can offer to save you in a medical or psychiatric crisis.
How do we turn on the AC?
Seriously, the _______s at the dealership basically gave us zip.
🤗🙏💗

Do you have a thermostat? Many of the new units are controlled by the thermostat to turn the unit on and control the temperature. Ours is an older unit controlled by knobs on the unit itself.
Or you could call your salesperson and ask for instructions.
Congratulations on your purchase and welcome to the forum. We were all 'newbies' at one time and remember that feeling.

Welcome from Wisconsin. Congrats and enjoy your 2022 Geo Pro 19fbs. As stated above we were all 'rank beginners' at one time. Don't worry, you'll figure it all out. It just takes time and patience. Lots of friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people on this forum.

For model-specific questions, it's best for both GeoPro 19FBS owners to post in the Rockwood sub-forum, instead of the Welcome Mat section.

Welcome to camping.
No surprise about the help you didn't get. The dealer guys who stole you the tt aren't RVers - they're sales people.

Yep, I wish more new RV buyers would visit RV forums BEFORE buying one. Then they would learn how to be better prepared and educated and get dealers to provide better PDI/walk-throughs.
