We have a small 2017 wolf pup limited 16FQ, it’s great. I have been trying to find out if I can change the stair into a two stair set up as the one stair is steep and a large step. Anybody have any ideas or have done this?
I had a 2016 Wolf Pup 16BHS that had a double step. The original owner had the TT for over 2 years and had the dealer replace the steps. It was a simple task that involved simply removing the stock steps and bolting on a new set.
Last year I purchased a new 2017 Viking 17 RD and I purchased a folding double step because my wife has a hard time with the wide spacing of the single step. I had to fabricate some brackets to install the double step due to a difference in width of the steps. Completing this task was not difficult but I have experience building utility trailers and other home welding projects.
It was definitely worth the effort. My wife has a much easier time getting into the TT.
