Smile New here from the Windy City of Chicago.

Hi All, as you know I am new to the Forest River forum. I am upgrading to a 2006 Forest River Surveyor 233T. Traded in the pop up....just needed more space for the 2 boys and wife. I'm sure you all understand!! Yes, it's used but it looks and smells brand new (believe it or not)! Truly an awesome find! Anyway, I thought I would join the Forest River community. Looking forward to some great conversations!

Welcome! My birth certificate says I was born in Chicago, but truth be told- I don't remember it at all. :-)

Welcome to the forum.

You might get in trouble including the wife in saying you needed more space. More space needed for the 2 boys and leave it at that.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your 2006 Forest River Surveyor 233T. My birth certificate says I was born in Chicago too. I grew up in the Skokie/Morton Grove area as a kid.

Welcome to the forum. We're from Michigan and love to visit Chicago. My favorite is the beach front Air and Water show. Hope to get there again this year for that. Where are you heading first?

welcome and be sure to post in the Expandable/Hybrid section. there's a Surveyor sub-forum, where you can ask questions from other Surveyor hybrid owners.
by the way, if you need a good dealer to do work, House of Camping is a great family-owned dealership.
we drove from Napa, Cal. to pick our Roo up from them. great RV tech there that was really helpful and knowledgeable.

Oh, I do know the guys at the House of Camping. My current camper is serviced and stored there. Really truly a nice family owned business.
