Go up to the Library and download the PDI form to take with you. Make sure the dealer's PDI goes over everything.
Biggest issue with hybrids is water damage on the bunk ends. Make sure you look at that carefully (soft spots and delamination) before you hand over any $$.
That being said, when I traded my Roo 19, it was in perfect condition; no water damage. I had even improved it with a few mods!
