My husband and I are new to the fifth wheel camping adventures. We were tent campers for years, then went to an Apache pop up. Now that we are older we have decided that we needed a real bedroom and bathroom. After searching for close to a year we found our dream camper. A SilverBack with full bunkhouse and 1.5 bathrooms and five slideouts. We live in Colorado and this spring will be our first outing with it. We are looking for a crew cab dually and would like comments on what you use and what you feel is the most reliable pickup. Also to those who have camped in Colorado with fifth wheel around 40' what campgrounds do you recommend.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new 5er. Any brand of dulley truck will tow your camper just depends on you preference. You can always find debate as to who has the best truck. Enjoy Later RJD

We've only spent time in Colorado Springs, but Mountain Dale was beautiful.

Welcome!
