Hello all. I bought a new Coachman Leprechaun and drove it back from Texas. We beat the ugly weather hitting that area. My second day of drive I drove over 1100 miles to get home, we made it. Waiting to get some time in it.

Hello sressler1954,

Welcome to the forum. I am also from North Dakota (Bismarck). Last Sept. I purchased a 2021 Rockwood Ultra Lite 2906 and parked it beside my garage. Been sitting there all winter but we're itching to get out sometime in May. Over half of my one year warranty is wasted already - damn winters.

Hope you're able to get out this spring too and enjoy our short summers. Good luck.

Thanks Dugan

We are in Bismarck also. I hope to use it in April just around ND. I have a couple of small warranty issues and the local dealer said they would work on it, which is nice of them. Heck they still get paid and aren't super busy. I feel for you and the warranty issue, hope you can get out and enjoy it.

Welcome from Wisconsin. Congrats and enjoy your new Coachman Leprechaun.
1100 miles in one day is a heck of a long haul.

Thanks Wiscamsin

Thanks. It was a long day but we knew there was the storm coming. We left OKC and were on the road by 4:30 AM and I parked in my driveway in Bismarck, ND at 12:30 AM. We made it.

Welcome to the forums. Enjoy your new rig and have the fun we all know we deserve.

As ND is on our bucket list of states to camp in, we are looking for a decent, quiet CG near Devil's Lake to spend about a week in. We have a 33 ft TT and we enjoy fullhookups whenever we can get them (Actually, the wife won't go camping without them). Any recommendations, I mean, since you live there and all.

DL is a great fishing lake and if you google camping at DL you will find locations to stay. We also have the big lake in ND that is great for fishing and actually has more shore line than Calif. But if you come to ND you need to get further west and visit the Badlands in ND. They are amazing and if you love an outdoor musical visit Medora. It is worth the stop. Enjoy
