I’m picking up my ‘16 FR3 32DS on 3/20/20 from a dealer in NJ. They beat my local dealer’s initial offer by $23500 on an identical unit, local dealer would only go down to $5500 more than the NJ dealer.

Welcome to the forum.

I don't know how far the NJ is from your home, but you need to do a thorough walkthru of the unit and make certain everything works. You're going to find that the local dealer may be unwilling to do any warranty work on that rig. Your alternative would be and authorized dealer. Hopefully, everything will be fine.
Congratulations on your new rig.

Welcome from SoCal! Do NOT give them any money until everything works to your satisfaction. That includes little stuff, like door or compartment catches as well as all major systems.

Congrats on the new rig. We bought our 5-th wheel from a dealer in West Virginia. It was just what we wanted and we saved a bundle. Well worth the 500 mile drive, and we got to camp on our way back! We'll see you on the road, God Bless, Ken

Yeah I am going to look it over real good before accepting it, if they won’t fix any issues I will not complete the sale.

It’s a 4 year old used RV so warranty work won’t be an issue as it has already expired. The price savings is worth the 5 hour drive.
