We come from a pop up to this upgrade all in all it is in great shape except this issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi and Welcome to FRF!
As a former 2007 Roo owner, you need to post your bunk door questions, in the Roo/Shamrock sub-forum, in the Hybrids section of the Forum.
Hybrids are the only RVs that have such a door so you need advice from other hybrid owners.
