Hello from West Central Ohio. My wife and I just purchased an Flagstaff E-Pro E19FBS. We're both late 60s, and still working by choice, for now. This is our ticket to use up comp and vacation time we've accrued over the years.
Our choice of this model was made due to locations we like to get into. It's bigger than a popup and has the creature comforts we like, yet short enough to get into places down logging roads and back in the woods away from the crowd. We tend to gravitate to areas not so "peoply".
Ironically, it was getting Covid in late December which made us pull the trigger on the camper. We both got tired of being cooped up and having staycations, and there is only so much time you can spend on the patio watching the birds.
She works for our city in the Civil Service Board. I'm in my 37th year as Chief Engineer & VP of four network TV stations, (50 years total in broadcasting). She's from Lambertville MI, and I'm from Toledo OH. We enjoy the woods of northern MI and Ontario, to small towns and lesser known roads, and rather take the slow road and see things than the Interstate and miss things.
I'm sure I'll have questions for some of the pros and long-timers in RVing.
