New member from western NC
Looking forward to gathering some info and knowledge from all the seasoned members on this forum.
I’m relatively new to the rv ownership and just purchased a 2014 coachman freedom express 246RKS.
Dragging it around with my 2019 Chevrolet 2500hd duramax.

We spent a week at Jordan Lake Rec Area last year. Great place with our trailer and we have family in Apex, NC that came by each day for bbq and fishing. We also spent time at Cedar Island, Beaufort, & Carolina Beach.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in NC and barely scratched the surface of places to see. We'll be back this year!

Yes Jordan lake is a nice spot for sure!
I lived in the Raleigh area for many years before moving to the mountains.
Make your way to the western part of the state and you can see some really interesting and beautiful places also.

Welcome from VA. Beautiful country out your way. I was at Cheoah Point CG (near Robbinsville) in August, in part to ride the Tail of the Dragon (US129).
I broke camp two days early to avoid the remnants of Tropical Storm Fred. I hope all have recovered from the flooding.
Planned for this August is a trip to South Mountains SP near Hickory.
